Allround Creative Guitarking – Guitarking is one of the top specialty guitar stores in the Netherlands. I am often asked what then I do all day in the Guitarking as I do not sell guitars. What does my role as an all-around creative mean? Assuring that the complete experience is right!

To provide structure, I developed a brand guide. (Read more about this project here). From this foundation, I bring Guitarking’s identity to life in various expressions. Think of printing, design, interior, events and other small details.

For example, Guitarking is known for its personalized service. For this, I developed inspirational cards for handwritten texts that come with online orders.Guitarking is also working towards a guitar-rich future where sustainability is important.I developed a stamp to make it clear that Guitarking reuses packaging from a sustainability point of view. I also noticed that the step to ask for help is sometimes big and a lot of basic information is not immediately clear.For this I made information cards in the store.Also, the mission statement “Worldwide guitar fun” should be clear to everyone.Therefore, I subtly reflected this in the interior.During the holidays, Guitarking likes to go the extra mile.I developed cards and an advent calendar filled with 24 picks and goodies. I also discovered that many customers bring along a friend/family member who then have to wait in the store. I developed a coffee corner with a coffee table booklet containing pictures we took ourselves. To make a store visit enjoyable for everyone. We are also improving the You-Tube account. For this I set up a special and inspirational videography space.
